Sometimes I feel like my body is my biggest enemy. It hardly does what I want, and it's constantly sick and/or aching. My immune system remains poor, no matter what I try. I don't talk about every physical difficulty my life possesses. It's boring and leads to apathy or pity. Neither of which I want.
My body is demanding this week off from blogging and various other things I would normally devote my attention to. And I must obey.
I hope to be back next week.

DeleteBudgeting my time versus energy/pain level is difficult.
Lots of rest is what does it for me. Nothing like sleeping for like 3 days though I hate doing that, but if you gotta rest you'd better rest.
